APTR is providing 10 scholarships for the 2007 Paul Ambrose Scholars Program (PASP) participants to attend this year's APTR annual meeting in Austin, Texas. Applicants submitted an essay to APTR indicating their interest in attending the meeting, illustrating what they intend to gain from attending the meeting, and how this meeting will contribute to their PASP health promotion project and their educational experience. Each applicant was objectively reviewed and the 10 students that have been selected to attend the meeting are eager and ready to further their education in preventive medicine and public health. We look forward to hearing from the students about their impact and significance of this experience on their personal, academic, and career goals.
